Trust & Security
Responsible AI
Designed for Governed Healthcare Workflows. Responsible-AI expectations for how MedicalBot approaches assistive automation in healthcare contexts.
MedicalBot communicates security and governance capabilities based on documented architecture, implementation scope, and verified agreements. Certification or regulatory status is presented only when formally established.
Principles
Responsible AI pillars
Architecture and process language for procurement and product teams. Not a certification mark or model-accuracy guarantee.
Transparency
Users and evaluators should be able to understand that outputs are assistive, when content is illustrative, and when human approval is required before downstream use.
Human control
Humans remain accountable for clinical and high-stakes decisions. Workflows are designed to preserve stop, edit, and escalate paths rather than fully autonomous clinical action.
Narrow task design
Capabilities are scoped to discrete jobs (routing, draft documentation, FAQ navigation) instead of open-ended clinical autonomy.
Source grounding
Where answers depend on organisational knowledge, product direction prefers approved sources and refusal or escalation when grounding is unavailable.
Evaluation
Meaningful changes to prompts, tools, or models are designed to support evaluation against policy and quality criteria before broad release — scores are not published as marketing claims here.
Change control
Updates that affect assisted behaviour are intended to follow reviewed release practices, including rollback options where environments allow.
Monitoring
Operational and safety-relevant signals (escalation rates, refusal rates, review latency) are designed to support monitoring in secured deployments. Public site does not claim live SLAs.
Escalation
Out-of-scope, low-confidence, or high-risk interactions are designed to route to humans. Emergency care must never rely on this public website or unlabeled demo tooling.
