Assistive features are intended for defined operational and documentation workflows. MedicalBot does not diagnose disease and is not a substitute for clinical judgment or emergency care.
Approved knowledge
Informational answers are designed to be grounded in organisation-approved content (hours, locations, preparation lists, policy FAQs) rather than open-ended web browsing for clinical advice.
Workflow policies
Each workflow is expected to declare allowed tools, roles, data classes, and when automation must stop for a human.
Confidence / escalation conditions
Product direction includes escalation when requests fall outside approved scope, when confidence is insufficient, or when a handoff rule fires — thresholds are organisation-configured.
Clinician review where required
Draft notes, summaries, and clinical-facing documents are designed for clinician or responsible staff review before they are treated as final.
Content review
Knowledge corpora and templates are intended to have named owners and review paths so outdated or out-of-scope content can be retired.
Last-reviewed metadata
Approved content is designed to support last-reviewed dates and ownership metadata so auditors and clinicians can see freshness at a glance.
Incident feedback loop
Near-misses, policy gaps, and escalation failures are designed to feed product and content improvements — aligned with the public incident-response stages without exposing sensitive ops detail.
