Integrations
Integration approach
Interoperability is a core product requirement. Status labels below reflect repository evidence — nothing is marked Available without an actual implementation in this codebase.
Process
How an integration gets built
Every integration — regardless of category — follows the same sequence before it reaches production.
- Step 1
Discovery
Confirm systems, data classes, and desired outcomes with the customer's technical stakeholders.
- Step 2
Security review
Assess authentication model, data handling, and where PHI-relevant boundaries apply before any connection design.
- Step 3
Authentication
Establish credentials and access scope — never stored or logged on this marketing site.
- Step 4
Data mapping
Define which fields move between systems and how they are validated and transformed.
- Step 5
Workflow design
Design the automation or handoff behaviour around the integration, including escalation paths.
- Step 6
Sandbox / testing
Validate the integration in a non-production environment before any go-live.
- Step 7
Production rollout
Move to production only after sandbox validation and customer sign-off.
Vendor logos and “works with” seals are omitted until contractual and technical validation exists. Contact us for current information.
