About MedicalBot
Healthcare AI for governed clinical workflows. We are building a B2B platform for healthcare organisations that need assistive AI with clear controls.
Why we're building MedicalBot
Healthcare organisations lose disproportionate staff time to communication overload, repetitive administrative work, and disconnected tools. MedicalBot exists to bring AI-assisted workflow automation to those operational problems — without overstating what AI should be trusted to do in a clinical setting.
What we focus on
MedicalBot is a B2B healthcare technology platform for designing AI-assisted operational workflows — spanning patient communication, automation, scheduling support, documentation assistance, analytics, and governed human handoff.
Technology and governance approach
Our approach is built on environment separation, policy-bounded automation, and human oversight. The public website explains product direction, trust posture, and demo experiences. It is not a regulated clinical system and does not process PHI.
Implementation philosophy
We favour scoped pilots over big-bang rollouts: a single workflow, defined policies, and a clear escalation path before expanding further. Implementation scope is determined during technical discovery, not assumed in advance.
Human control principle
Automation operates inside organisation-defined boundaries. When a request is ambiguous, sensitive, or outside configured scope, it is routed to a person — automation does not attempt to resolve everything on its own.
Where this is headed
This repository implements the public marketing site and a non-PHI demonstration environment. A future secure application plane — with authentication, PHI-appropriate controls, and EHR/FHIR integration — is planned separately and is not part of this deploy.
