Access controls

How MedicalBot is designed to support governed access in secured product environments. Public website browsing does not require user authentication.

MedicalBot communicates security and governance capabilities based on documented architecture, implementation scope, and verified agreements. Certification or regulatory status is presented only when formally established.

Controls

Access governance expectations

Items below use “designed to support” language where controls depend on future secure application deployment or customer configuration.

  • Role-based access

Secured product environments are designed to support role-scoped capabilities so operators, reviewers, clinicians, and administrators receive permissions aligned to their job function.

  • Organisation isolation

Multi-tenant designs are intended to keep one organisation’s configuration and data logically isolated from another’s, with administrative boundaries that follow the customer identity.

  • Least privilege

Default grants should be minimal. Elevations for administration or clinical review are designed to be explicit, time-bounded where practical, and reviewable.

  • MFA expectations

Staff and admin access to secured environments is designed to support multi-factor authentication and organisational SSO federation when configured.

  • Access review

Periodic review of who still needs access is designed to support organisational governance — frequency and ownership are customer-policy items when the secure app is live.

  • Session management

Sessions are designed to support idle timeout, re-authentication for sensitive actions, and revocation when accounts are disabled — implementation details are deployment-dependent.

  • Event logging

Meaningful access and approval events are designed to support audit trails for investigations and oversight. Public pages do not publish internal detection playbooks.
